Who We Are
Easy Barn was developed over the last 5 years as Championship Reining Horse trainer Zak Ellis realized the white board in the barn just wasn’t cutting it anymore.
- There is simply too much to do on the ranch to just rely on a marker and a board. When a barn owner leaves town, he or she needs to feel confident that the tasks are being done.
- More importantly, the horses you are in care for have owners who want to know they are well cared for. The horse owner view allows the owner to see their horse is being properly cared for and even message the barn owner from the app.
- Easy Barn GPS encodes all tasks so you know the person was on site when the work was done, not having a night out at The Stockyards.
- You can schedule farrier tasks automatically at predetermined periods to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. And the farrier can mark them complete with a photo to show work was done. EASY!

Small Ranches
If you have 2-20 horses on your property, how do you manage that rare vacation? Our experience is the neighbor kid who does a mostly good job always forgets something….we are the gentle reminder that simple tasks need to be done(feed, water, clean stalls, etc) so if the weather is crazy you know your horses are well cared for.
Large Ranches
Multiple hands? Multiple barns? We’ve got you covered. You can set tasks for each and every animal or keep it at the barn level for simplicity. Need to make sure a certain horse gets some work in? The hand has to scan and acknowledge the work is done. And just wait. We are in development to create an interface to notify you when your horse is headed to the arena so you can watch live from anywhere in the world.
Boarding
If you have multiple owners that board at your facility, they want to know their horses are being well cared for. The horse owner view allows them to see all the tasks completed for their horse and have full confidence that they are in good hands.
